PDF Book and PDF Cover
If you want a book to read and put on your shelf, download > PDF Book Title and > PDF Cover Title relevant to the title you want. Save the files and take them to a digital print centre and have your book made for you.

PDF Manuscript
If you want the book for purposes of research, teaching or something similar, the A4 version (> PDF Manuscript Title) will use less paper and, depending on your equipment, should be simpler to print out.
